Content assistance (powered by Pangea AI) is available for editors directly inside Pangea CMS. This feature uses generative AI. AI-powered Content assistance works basically as follows:
- On request, Pangea AI can suggest title, introduction, and summary texts to support your content. Use of this feature is completely optional.
- Suggestions from Pangea AI provide a helpful starting point. Editors are free to adjust the suggested texts, or use the suggestions only as inspiration.
Please be aware that the quality of AI-generated content can always vary (regardless of the AI model). When using a suggestion from Pangea AI, it is important to review the suggested text carefully and adjust it as needed before publication.

How to use
When you create a new story, AI-powered Content assistance is available once for every supported text type. For example, Pangea AI can suggest one set of 'General titles' per story. Even if you update the body text, Pangea AI will not provide new suggestions. For this reason, it is crucial to fully prepare the body text before you generate suggestions from Pangea AI.
To use AI-powered Content assistance:
- On the Editor subpage, fully prepare the body text.
- Go to the relevant text-input field (for example, Website teaser > Title).
- Hit the Pangea AI button.
- Hit Generate to confirm you are ready to use Pangea AI.
- Wait while Pangea AI generates your suggestion(s).
- If you want to use a suggestion, click it.
Your selected suggestion is inserted into the field (any previous text in the field is overwritten). Be sure to review the text carefully and adjust it as needed before publication. To see the original suggestions, hit the Pangea AI button again.
Manage prompts
A prompt is a set of instructions that is given to an AI model. The prompt tells the AI what task to perform and might provide additional instructions to precisely guide its response. For example, if you ask AI to generate a piece of text, your prompt might specify the topic, length, tone, structure, and intended audience.
Pangea AI is guided by a different prompt for each supported text type. This means that 7 prompts are currently available for Content assistance (one for each text type listed below):
- General title
- Teaser title
- Social title
- General introduction
- Teaser introduction
- Social introduction
- Summary
For each text type, your site can use the global prompt, or craft a local prompt that is unique for your site. For detailed information, see the following article:
