Pangea CMS notifies you as soon as a video or audio file that you uploaded is fully uploaded and processed. You may receive one or both of the following notification types:
- A notification in the top-right corner of Pangea CMS
- An email notification
You can click the Pangea link in the notification to start editing the content item.
This article explains how to specify which notification type(s) you receive.

Follow these steps:
- Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of Pangea CMS and click My account.
- Under Notify me when, select your preferred option in the My audio/video is processed drop-down menu:
- Pangea Message (selected by default): You receive a notification in the top-right corner of Pangea CMS when an audio or video file that you uploaded has been processed.
- E-mail: You receive an email when an audio or video file that you uploaded has been processed.
- Pangea Message and E-mail: You receive an email and a notification in Pangea CMS when an audio or video file that you uploaded has been processed.
- Click Save to confirm and apply your preferences.
Your preferences are now applied.
