We have improved approval workflow for Infographics/Snippets. Added new Embed content button in CKEditor. On Mobile we enabled LiveBlog with Twitter. PangeaGo app is now available in appstore. Workflow for Infographics/Snippets
Navigation to create new Snippet or Infographic is:
New > Interactive > Snippet / Infographic.
When searching for already existing one navigation is:
Search > Interactive > Snippet / Infographic.
Please note the status is either Published in case of approved or
Waiting in case of just created & saved or saved & requesting approval.
Only Snippet / Infographic with Published status could be used on your site.
Snippet / Infographic default approval status is Working on.
If you only Save the status remain and you can keep overdoing it.
Once you are happy with your work you can Save and Request Aproval.
E-mail notification will be sent to approver and status will change to Waiting for approval. Once aprover review and approve the status will change to Approved and also to Published. And you will receive e-mail notification.
On Approved Snippet / Infographic:
You can make minor changes without loosing the aproved/published status.
If you try to make changes affecting approved status Warning will pop up.
And you will have a chance to cancel avoiding loosing the approved status.
Changing status to Draft or Edit will not require to get new approval.
It will only hide the Snippet / Infographic from your site.
Once changed back to published it will show again on your site.
Changes in HTML Source or unchecking Attach as Iframe would result in losing the approved/published status. Already approved Snippet / Infographic will stay available on your site in approved version but to be able to use new version approval has to be requested/regained.
Embed content button in CKEditor
There is now single button for embedding all kind of content in article or widget using CKEditor. Selection is made same as in search menu. You can aslo Attach external media using embeded code link. Click on help for more details. We support YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Pangea - audio, video,TV.
Responive: LiveBlog with Twitter
Mobile devices now support Live Blogging content type with Twitter comments. For more detailed info please refer to Live Blogging.
