We introduce RFE/RL Direct project. Improvements on Audio and Video Scheduler. Updated to new version of CKEditor. And released first beta version of Responsive web design. More at Pangea 6.26 Release Notes
RFE/RL Direct
Is new project for sharing RFE multimedia with our affiliates. Every video, audio and broadcast progam has Send to RFE/RL Direct checkbox unchecked by default. If you would like to share your content please check it. In future we plan to extend it also to Photogallery, Infographics etc.
This feature allows live streaming from Pangea TV to YouTube and uploding just finished Pangea TV show into YouTube.
Using your distribution profile account - to se it up send us Request. This works only for Single Imput Show type. On your Pangea TV show you need to select TV zone where you have Multimedia Distribution Profile selected.
To stream simultenously on both Pangea TV and YouTube requires complex setting described in YouTube Settings guide.
Video Scheduler improvements
When creating new show in Video scheduler you have new options:
If you check Hide From Site checkbox your show wil not appear on public site. By checking Record checkbox your show will be recorded and you can define in which status in Record as: drop down menu.
Audio Scheduler Improvements
It is now possible to replace automatically recorded audio program with another audio file that should have approximately same duration as original audio. It can vary about 10% of length. Just edit past Broadcast Program and hit Choose File button. Please beware of new checkboxes on this page.
CKEditor Upgrade
We have upgraded CKEditor version from 4.4.2 to 4.4.6. It should have no major effect on your work. If you are interested what has been fixed there please visit this link http://ckeditor.com/whatsnew.
Responsive Web Design
Responsive code has been released. Currently is affecting only Mobile sites.
And it will be turned on for each site individualy as specific setting is required.
It comes with new modern Design adaptable to various devices dimensions.
