Pangea MAM
Pangea MAM is a Multimedia Asset Management tool for video producers. It allows you to organize files and metadata in one place. The assets can be shared, edited, cropped, and repacked - overall is makes the final production much easier. It is also fully responsive, the interface is accessible anywhere from any device.
Pangea MAM also supports all BBG languages and offers a Frame Accurate Player.
Responsive
Audio and Video Duration and Size
In order to improve visitor's experience with our pages we have implemented two new features for Audio and Video - duration and size. This should help the visitors decide whether they want to watch / listen / download based on mobile data. The size of the downloadable file will be displayed next to the direct link.
Please note that duration will be switched on for your site only on demand.
When browsing on mobile devices, it can be sometimes hard to get to back to the top comfortably and fast - that is why we are introducing a new feature "back to the top", which will appear in the bottom right corner of the page. Please localize the key [MobileSite.BackToTop].
Next to that, we have introduced new technical pages to the Responsive as well - namely Podcast / RSS page and Responsive Infopages, which was previously a layout and now they all can be found under Sections. As all new pages, these too need some localization, please refer to localization keys.
Social Media and Sharing
We are proud to announce that we are extending our support of new social networks. As of this release, Pangea is supporting the following sites on our Responsive pages:
- Mail.ru
- Balatarin
- Meneame
- Odnoklassniki - which is also supported in the "Follow Us" widget (let us know and we will set it up for you)
On our desktop pages, it is now possible to email the article directly from the sharing options.
